1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the goll platform and all services under it. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you object to any term, please stop using the platform.

goll is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers various gaming options including slots, live casino and cricket betting. Reading these Terms before using any section of the platform is mandatory.

In addition to these Terms, other goll policies — such as bonus rules, game-specific regulations and the individual terms of each promotional offer — are effective as supplements to these main Terms. In the event of any conflict, this main document will take precedence.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on goll, users must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, date of birth and other details submitted at registration must be genuine. Opening an account with false information will be considered a breach of these Terms, and goll reserves the right to close the account at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and any bonuses held in those accounts will be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts from the same mobile number, the same device or the same network address is also prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, goll reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Copies of a national identity card, passport or other valid documents may be requested when necessary. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, goll reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the customer service team immediately.

3 Age and Eligibility

All goll services are for persons aged 21 and above only. Documents may be requested to verify age at the time of registration or at any point afterwards. If a person under 21 has opened an account, it will be closed and all funds and winnings in that account will be forfeited.

Furthermore, goll services may not be accessed from regions or jurisdictions where online gaming and betting are prohibited by law. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their region.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on goll can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). There are no additional charges for deposits. Each transaction may take some time to complete, depending on the processing of the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that the source of their funds is legitimate and not connected to money laundering or any other illegal activity. goll reserves the right to verify suspicious financial transactions and suspend them if necessary.

5 Bonuses and Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on goll can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,500 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,500, and the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times, i.e. ৳30,000. Meeting this wagering requirement is mandatory before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotional Offers

Besides the welcome bonus, goll provides various promotional offers from time to time, such as the weekly reload festival, slots winning path, cricket fever bonus, birthday special reward and refer a friend gift. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements, which should be read before claiming the offer.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is not cash in any form; it only becomes eligible for withdrawal after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer's terms explicitly permit it.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled, the bonus and any winnings from it will be cancelled.
• goll reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer; however, this will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed.
• If suspected bonus abuse is detected, the account will be reviewed and may be closed if necessary.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games operated on goll are determined based on a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. If a technical error affects the result of a game, that round will be cancelled and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market, and these are shown in the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits will be automatically rejected.

6.3 Technical Issues

goll is not responsible for a game being interrupted midway due to an internet disconnection or device problem. Results will be determined according to the game state saved on the server.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on goll and will be considered a breach of these Terms:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or attempt to influence game results.
• Playing games using software bots, automated tools or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Making chargeback claims with false information.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting any error or vulnerability in the platform.

If any of the above activities are proven, the relevant account will be permanently closed, all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 goll's Rights

If there is sufficient reason to believe these Terms have been breached, goll may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. However, valid deposits in an account will not be withheld without just cause.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer service. Before closing the account, any pending bets should be settled and withdrawable funds should be withdrawn.

9 Privacy of Information
